Australian Print Workshop’s Summer School is a great opportunity to explore printmaking at APW’s world-class printmaking facilities in the heart of vibrant Gertrude Street Fitzroy. Classes in etching, lithography and relief printing are offered.
The 2019 Summer School takes place between January 7 - 25. Classes are suitable for beginners and those seeking to refresh skills or further creative development. New in 2019 is A Taste of Printmaking - a chance to explore several printmaking techniques over two days.
Guest tutor Roslyn Kean will be visiting from Sydney to teach Traditional Japanese Woodblock printing - always a popular class, so book early.
If the Summer School dates don't suit, we will be running a Winter School in mid-2019.
If you've already taken an Australian Print Workshop class and would like to practice or refresh your studio skills, our Studio Classes run until October 2018 and will resume in 2019 (dates tba).
